Refund & Return Policy
At Factory Furniture Mattress and More, we take pride in offering quality products and exceptional customer service. Please carefully review our policies before making a purchase.
All returns require prior authorization. Customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery to request a return.
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
Returns & Restocking Fee
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns at our sole discretion, including cases where products show signs of use, damage, or improper handling.
- If dissatisfied with purchase from this site. Customer must submit a claim to factoryfurniture.service@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving order.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
- Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Keep all original packaging until the claim process is completed.
- To report a damaged item, email us at FactoryFurniture.service@gmail.com with your name, order number, shipping address, and photos.
- If we request additional information and do not receive a response within 30 days, it will be assumed that you will keep the item as is, and no further action will be taken.
Loss or Damage in Transit
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, a claim must be filed within 2 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is placed, it may be cancelled upon approval from an associate. There is a Restocking fee applicable of up to 20%.
- Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
Warranty
Coverage: Product warranties are brand and product specific. The type of coverage and duration of the warranty vary depending on the product.
- Warranty Details: Warranties are time-sensitive. Please refer to the warranty packet attached to the product for detailed information.
- Costs Covered: Part(s) costs are covered while under warranty. Labor costs are covered for 1 year. After 1 year, service fees may apply.
- Replacement Pieces: Replacement pieces, other than replacements needed for damaged products on delivery or unboxing, exhaust the manufacturer warranty and are no longer covered. Parts and labor fees will apply for future service on these items. Replacement pieces needed for an item damaged upon unboxing or delivery will still be eligible for the manufacturer warranty.
- Abuse: We will require pictures of the damages. Our team will review the damage upon receipt of the pictures. Customer abuse of the products is not covered under any warranty for any item. If the damage is deemed as abuse, the damaged item(s) will not be covered and parts/service fees will apply.
Seller’s Right to Refuse Refunds & Returns
- Factory Furniture Mattress and More reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange at our sole discretion.
- This includes, but is not limited to, instances where items have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or where return requests do not meet our stated guidelines.
- By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
- Any of these policies are subject to change without any notice.
